Thank you for your interest in enrolling a new child at Yeshiva Aharon Yaakov Ohr Eliyahu. Submitting this application entitles the applicant to a screening with the supervisor of the department to which the child is applying, but does not guarantee acceptance.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

Submit the Application along with a non-refundable family fee of $75.

Upon receipt of the completed application form you will be contacted to schedule an evaluation and assessment.

For Nursery or Kindergarten:

An Appointment will be arranged to meet with Mrs. Shiffy Mandel, our Preschool Director, before the child can be accepted.
There is a $100 non-refundable evaluation fee per child applying to Preschool.

For Yesod - 8th Grade:

An appointment will be arranged to meet and be assessed by our Torah Studies and General Studies principals
There is a $200 non-refundable evaluation fee per child applying to Yesod - 8th Grade.

Other Information:

If the child is accepted this fee is credited toward the registration fee. Screening results will be shared with parents, but remain the property of the yeshiva.

If the child is accepted, but the family chooses to send to another yeshiva the application and assessment fees are not refunded.

Incomplete applications will not be processed.

A copy of the most recent report card and standardized test results should accompany this application (if applicable).

A copy of district/private evaluations must be submitted with this application.
